Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs for clients, shaping strategy and delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions. The role blends leadership, client engagement, and hands-on delivery of NOW Assist and related AI capabilities.

You will guide cross-functional teams across design, development, testing, and governance, while advancing EY’s AI thought leadership and ensuring successful project outcomes in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
• At least one of NOW Assist-related Suite Certifications (ITSM/HRSD/CSM).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI projects from design to deployment, including design, configuration/development, testing and rollout.
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore members.
• Engage with clients, run workshops, and steer workstreams from planning to closure.
