Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Manager to lead AI-driven transformation programs for clients, guiding cross-functional teams from strategy to deployment. You will shape AI governance, collaborate with EY’s AI & Data teams, and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS/Engineering) required.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• One of the listed ServiceNow certifications (NOW Assist for ITSM/HRSD/CSM).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills and team leadership experience.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S. and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery across design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ members) and collaborate with offshore resources.
• Engage clients, run workshops, and manage workstreams from planning through closure.
