• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.
• Strong capability with attribution models and funnel reporting.
• Comfortable building acquisition playbooks and working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google/Bing) and LinkedIn ads.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation for reporting, copy, keyword discovery, and anomaly detection.
• Plan budgets and experiments across emerging ad surfaces including AI-native channels.
• Run disciplined testing and collaborate with Marketing Operations for reliable attribution and full-funnel insights.
