Instant is building AI-enabled performance marketing. As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will own 7-figure budgets across paid acquisition and lead a lean, ambitious team driving high-quality funnel opportunities.

You will leverage AI-powered tooling, collaborate with our COO and design/sales teams, and scale US inbound channels with creative testing, rapid experiments, and rigorous measurement to improve CAC and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record scaling ad spend on Meta.
• Experience leading a small growth team.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own performance marketing across Meta and set budgets and bidding.
• Run rapid experiments on audiences, offers, creative, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Sales to optimize lead quality.
• Build attribution and reporting linking spend to pipeline.
• Lead and develop a lean growth marketing team.
• Partner with external agency to hit targets.
• Create library of customer case studies.
