Ask Your Target Market is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build the next generation of AI-powered outbound at a category-defining insights company. Remote from anywhere in the USA, you will report to Growth Operations leadership and join a Growth Marketing team focused on enterprise pipeline generation.

You’ll own AI-assisted outbound, intent-driven lead qualification, and multi-channel sequencing using a modern sales stack.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales development or related customer-facing role.
• Interest in AI-powered outbound and proactive prospecting.
• Ability to balance automation with genuine human engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• AI-assisted outbound & prospecting: execute high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and social.
• Intent-driven qualification: prioritize accounts using signals and ICPs.
• Multi-channel sequencing: refine cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Pipeline handoff: book demos and ensure clean context for Account Executives.
• CRM discipline: keep Salesforce and other tools accurate and up to date.
