Job summary

Pave's Sales Development Representative will accelerate growth by prospecting HR and finance leaders, building qualified pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and partnering with Account Executives on go-to-market plays.

You'll leverage AI-powered sales tools to prioritize outreach, keep Salesforce up to date, and schedule high-quality discovery meetings that convert into pipeline, while representing a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, business development roles or recent college graduate.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted sales tools as part of daily workflow.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels.
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies for executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Account Executives to build account plans and execute coordinated outbound campaigns.
• Leverage AI-powered sales tools and data signals to prioritize outreach and maximize efficiency.
• Qualify prospective customers and schedule high-quality discovery meetings that convert into pipeline.
• Maintain accurate activity, account, and opportunity data within Salesforce and other sales systems.
