Podium, based in Lehi, Utah, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to qualify and educate leads, creating sales-ready opportunities. You will make daily outbound calls and emails, partner with sales to schedule demos, and ensure data accuracy in our CRM.

4-year degree preferred but not required; 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience is ideal; strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, educate & qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Make strategic outbound calls & emails daily.
• Collaborate with sales reps to schedule prospect calls, meetings and demos.
• Master the Podium story and align solutions with business needs.
• Ensure clean, accurate data is entered in CRM and maintained.
• Keep up to date on industry trends and technology.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly quotas for appointments, demos, and deals.
