Job summary

Accenture is expanding its Digital Inside Sales organization in the SaaS and digital solutions space. The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of Digital Inside Sales professionals, coaching them with AI-driven insights to optimize pipeline conversion and customer engagement.

You will design playbooks, analyze performance, and collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy. This in-office role requires strong leadership, analytics, and SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years full-cycle technology sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales team lead or management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Inside Sales professionals.
• Drive KPI setting, data-led coaching, and AI-enabled analytics to optimize pipeline and engagement.
• Conduct regular sessions on skill development, sales strategy, and AI-enabled prospecting.
• Design sales playbooks using AI insights for outreach and targeting.
• Collaborate with leadership to share analytics, market intel, and feedback.
• Deliver weekly data analysis and performance reports.
• Own sales execution and outcomes, ensuring process adoption and growth targets.
