Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Inside Sales professionals.
• Drive team performance through KPI setting, data-led coaching, and AI tools.
• Conduct regular team and one-on-one sessions on skill development, sales strategy, and AI in outreach.
• Design and implement sales playbooks using AI-driven insights for outreach and targeting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Program leadership to share analytics and feedback to inform strategy.
• Deliver weekly data analyses and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Own sales execution and team outcomes, ensuring process adoption and revenue growth.
