Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Digital Inside Sales professionals.
• Drive team performance with KPI setting, data-led coaching, and AI analytics tools to optimize pipeline and engagement.
• Design and implement sales playbooks leveraging AI-driven insights for outreach and targeting.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and translate complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
• Own sales execution and revenue growth targets with consistent process adoption and operational excellence.
