TRM Labs seeks an experienced Account Director for the DACH region to own private sector sales and drive growth with banks, fintechs, and crypto firms. You will craft account plans, engage senior stakeholders, and shape go-to-market strategies with local partners and AI tools.

You will collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Solutions Architecture to accelerate deals, manage a high-velocity pipeline, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS or data products into banks, payment firms, crypto or fintechs in DACH, or 4+ years with deep AML and financial crime expertise, plus experience using AI tools to research and prioritize accounts.

Responsabilités

• Open new private sector accounts across the DACH region.
• Win a mix of quick and strategic deals by turning AML/fraud pain points into a business case with AI-assisted plans.
• Build a 3x qualified pipeline each quarter through targeted campaigns and AI-assisted segmentation.
