TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director for the Private Sector to own the DACH market within the EMEA Sales team. You will build and own a robust account plan, engage senior compliance and risk leaders, and close a mix of rapid and strategic deals with AI‑assisted research and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS or data products into banks, payment firms, crypto or fintechs in DACH, or 4+ years with AML/financial crime expertise.
• Experience using AI tools to research and prioritize accounts.
• Record of closing both quick deals and strategic, higher‑value engagements and meeting quota with AI‑supported forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Open new private sector accounts across the DACH region.
• Define account strategy and drive commercial execution with stakeholders.
• Lead 3x pipeline quarterly using AI-assisted segmentation and targeted campaigns.
• Decide market entry models: direct selling, resellers, or partners, with data-backed analysis.
• Grow existing customer engagements through renewals and upsells.
