Job summary

TRM Labs, a leader in AI-powered intelligence solutions, seeks an Account Director for the Private Sector in CEE/Central Asia. You will own territory strategy, build relationships with banks, fintechs, and payments firms, and close a mix of quick and strategic deals.

You will use AI-assisted research to prioritize accounts, shape go-to-market with partners, and drive a growing pipeline while navigating complex regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS or data products into banks, payment firms, crypto or fintechs in CEE/Central Asia.
• Record of closing quick deals and strategic engagements with quota attainment.
• Knowledge of regional AML and sanctions frameworks; experience with compliance, risk, procurement buying.
• Hands-on use of AI for prospecting, account planning, and call preparation.

Responsibilities

• Open new private sector accounts across CEE and Central Asia with internal and external stakeholders.
• Win both high-velocity and strategic deals by turning AML/fraud pain points into a business case with AI-driven plans.
• Build a 3x qualified pipeline per quarter using AI-assisted segmentation and local messaging.
• Define market entry strategies (direct, resellers, regional partners) with AI-backed data.
