Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead Private Sector sales across Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. You will shape go-to-market strategies, build value-prop with AI-assisted tools, and manage partnerships with banks, fintechs, and payment firms.

You will drive prospecting, pipeline development, and strategic deals while collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, Legal, Product, and Solutions Architecture to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling SaaS or data products into banks, payment firms, crypto or fintechs in CEE or Central Asia, or 4+ years with deep AML and financial crime expertise, plus experience using AI tools to research and prioritize accounts.
• Proven track record closing quick deals and long-term strategic engagements with quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Open new private sector accounts across CEE and Central Asia, coordinating with stakeholders to drive commercial execution.
• Win a mix of high-velocity and strategic deals by turning AML and fraud pain points into a business case with AI-assisted plans.
• Define a model to build a 3x qualified pipeline per quarter using targeted campaigns and AI-assisted segmentation.
