Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking an Account Director to own relationships and revenue with central banks, regulators and FIUs across Europe and beyond. You will set account strategy, close multi‑million-dollar deals and drive a strong pipeline through targeted outreach, events, and campaigns with Marketing, while navigating procurement processes and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years selling SaaS, data intelligence or investigative solutions into central banks, financial regulators, FIUs or equivalent government accounts in EMEA.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals across long, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Existing relationships within EMEA central banks, supervisors or FIUs and credibility with senior officials.
• Working knowledge of MiCA, EU AML framework and public-sector procurement.
• Hands-on use of AI for account research, planning and call preparation with measurable impact.
• Clear, credible communication with senior executives in person and virtually.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Based in France, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, willing to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Map territory central banks, regulators and FIUs and identify budget holders and decision-makers for outreach.
• Close six- and seven-figure deals by turning regulatory challenges into a compelling business case.
• Build and maintain a 3x pipeline through outreach, events and campaigns with Marketing.
• Navigate tenders and call-offs with Solutions Architecture, Legal and Deal Desk to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Grow live customers via renewals, expansion and referrals using usage insights.
• Provide insights to Policy, Product and Marketing to shape future releases.
