Job summary

Harris Allied seeks a Product Operations Lead in New York City to design and run scalable operating systems at the intersection of operations, AI, product, and technology. This hands-on role requires translating business and financial requirements into workable technology solutions, with a focus on execution from concept through implementation.

The right candidate will build AI-enabled tools, automate workflows, and establish real-time operational visibility with dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/operations, technical program management, business operations, or related operating role.
• Demonstrated experience building and standardizing operational systems in a scaling organization.
• Hands-on AI fluency, including agentic workflows, custom GPTs, prompt design, and workflow automation.
• Experience owning a structured backlog, issue-tracking, or build-governance process.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operating processes and systems across a multi-location environment.
• Identify inefficient workflows and improve them using AI, automation, and modern technology.
• Build and implement AI-enabled operational tools and dashboards.
• Develop KPIs, performance-monitoring systems, and real-time operational visibility.
• Translate requirements into methodologies and business logic for tech platforms.
• Own build and release tracking, backlog triage, ownership, and blockers.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to sequence work by priority.
• Understand GitHub-style development activity and build status.
• Test new functionality against acceptance criteria prior to deployment.
• Create repeatable operating playbooks supporting growth and new units.
• Establish operating cadence across leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement through data, automation, and feedback.
