PagerDuty, Inc. is seeking an AI-forward Sr. Product & Design Operations Manager to partner with Product and Design Leadership, building the operating system for planning, prioritization, and delivering features.

You will establish planning discipline, cross-functional launch processes, and feedback loops that translate intent into outcomes. This hybrid role requires 5+ years in product or design operations, experience with cross-functional launches, and the ability to design agentic AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Design Operations, or similar
• Experience establishing planning and prioritization processes
• Experience coordinating cross-functional launches
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience creating operational documentation and standards
• Ability to work autonomously across teams
• Experience building agentic AI workflows with Claude or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for Product and Design on AI Transformation initiatives
• Define Product Operations function and establish planning discipline
• Build cross-functional workflows for launching customer-facing changes
• Own process and evidence trail for R&D work with Finance
• Partner with Customer Success on closed-loop product feedback
• Automate planning cadences, design sprints, and workshops
• Lead vendor management and tooling budget oversight
• Enable research operations with agentic workflows
• Define, track, and report on KPIs for product/design
• Create onboarding programs for new team members
• Establish operational vision with leadership
• Foster collaboration across Product and Design teams
