Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking an operational leader to own the Product Operating Model across the organization in Arlington, VA. You will design frameworks, integrate product and engineering rhythms, and drive AI-enabled tooling to streamline delivery.

You will lead a team of product delivery managers, drive governance, and deliver consistent execution with data-driven reporting to executives. This role requires senior influence and a track record of improving product operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product operations or related field.
• 7+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Ability to design operational frameworks for multi-team products.
• Experience building or consolidating product planning, tracking, or reporting systems.
• Experience developing AI or automation enablement strategy in operations.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the Product Operating Model across the Product organization.
• Design and maintain governance frameworks for product planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Align product and engineering rhythms with cross-functional cadences.
• Identify and resolve operational friction points across teams.
• Own Product Portfolio Tracking & Reporting and executive visibility.
• Lead AI enablement strategy for the product lifecycle and tooling adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Technology for AI-enabled integrations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the product delivery team and hiring processes.
