Job summary

CyberSentriq is seeking an Account Manager for MSP and Channel to own a portfolio of partner accounts and drive growth through upsell, cross-sell, and retention. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDRs, and Marketing to craft strategies that move revenue, not just fill CRM fields.

You will qualify and introduce AI-driven security and automation solutions, maintain CRM accuracy, and use automation to free time for strategic partner conversations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT channel, MSP or cyber security sales with a track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort using a CRM and sales enablement tools as part of daily workflow.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to solving partner problems.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly and annual revenue targets across MSP accounts, through upsell and cross-sell.
• Build trusted relationships with MSP partners to reduce churn and grow retention.
• Partner with internal teams to plan and execute account strategy.
• Qualify and introduce AI-driven security and automation solutions that solve partner problems.
• Keep CRM accurate and useful, and leverage automation to streamline workflows.
