ChangeEngine, a San Francisco-based AI-powered employee communications platform, seeks a senior B2B SaaS sales professional to own mid-market new business. You will qualify opportunities, run discovery, build business cases, and close deals with CHROs and Heads of Internal Communications.

You will sell an AI-native stack to buyers, manage a 60–120 day cycle, and travel as needed to conferences and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 3 years carrying a closing quota in mid-market or enterprise.
• Consistently sold five-figure ACV deals with 60–120-day cycles into multi‑stakeholder buying groups.
• Experience selling into HR, People, Internal Communications, or related buying groups.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, run discovery, build the business case, and close mid-market/new business deals.
• Sell an AI platform with an AI-native sales stack to CHROs, Heads of Internal Comms, and allied buyers.
• Travel moderately for in-person meetings and conferences.
