Job summary

Accenture seeks a learning strategy consultant to deliver high-quality learning and capability development engagements for clients, including Insurance, across AI-enabled transformation. You will manage workstreams, build client relationships, and advise on learning strategy and operating models.

Travel as needed is expected in this role. You will leverage generative AI to improve outputs, develop diagnostics and transformation roadmaps, and contribute to business development within the Learning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms and ability to apply AI tools to improve deliverables.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients at multiple levels.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop learning capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics approaches showing L&D impact and ROI.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
• Contribute to business development through proposal writing and thought leadership.
