Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant at the Manager level to lead learning strategy engagements, manage delivery workstreams, and develop junior practitioners. You will build strong client relationships, apply hypothesis-driven problem solving, and design AI-enabled learning operating models that align with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in learning strategy, org capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum 2 years in a consulting environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum 2 years leading client engagements and managing project teams.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Utilities industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and delivery standards
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a credible day-to-day partner
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into insights
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to enable business performance
• Lead capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and develop roadmaps
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes and tech
• Define measurement frameworks and KPIs to demonstrate L&D impact and ROI
• Shape agentic learning strategies, embedding AI-powered tools into daily work
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences
• Stay ahead of AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership
