Job summary

Accenture seeks a learning strategy consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of engagements, working with client teams to translate business needs into learning interventions. You will apply structured problem solving, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and leverage AI to improve outcomes.

Travel will be required as projects demand. You will bring 3+ years in learning strategy or talent consulting, strong project management, and experience with HR tech platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide and document writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients at the delivery and program level.
• Be ready to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts, operating as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving to decompose learning and capability challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and tech.
• Define measurement frameworks and learning KPIs to demonstrate impact.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture IP.
