Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day learning strategy engagements in California. You will drive hypotheses-driven problem solving, create actionable insights, and partner with client teams to transform learning capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

You will leverage generative AI tools to enhance delivery, build executive-ready presentations, and shape operating models that align with performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) and applying AI tools to improve deliverables.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, high-quality slides/writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client credibility at delivery/program level.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem solving to decompose challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Develop diagnostics and roadmaps to transform learning capabilities and benchmark against best practices.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and technology.
• Define KPIs and analytics to demonstrate L&D impact and ROI.
• Deliver agentic learning strategies and AI-powered enablement tools in the workflow.
• Create executive-ready presentations and frameworks for senior audiences.
• Track AI trends and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
