Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) in day-to-day work.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose challenges into actionable insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design to drive business performance.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models with governance, roles, processes, and technology.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics to demonstrate L&D impact and ROI.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture’s IP and go-to-market capabilities.
