Job summary

Accenture, the Talent Reinvention Partner, seeks a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day learning engagements and build trusted client relationships in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

You will apply hypothesis-driven analysis, design AI-enabled operating models, and deliver executive-ready frameworks and dashboards that tie learning to business outcomes. Travel may be required; you’ll contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting
• 1+ year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
• 1+ year of experience in the Insurance Industry
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) and applying AI tools to improve deliverables
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, high-quality slide and document writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and stakeholders
• Travel readiness for business travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving approaches to decompose learning challenges into insights
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and transformation roadmaps
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, processes, and tech
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics approaches to show ROI
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture IP and offerings
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership
