Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of learning engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and build trusted client relationships. With 3+ years in learning strategy and strong communications, you will influence senior audiences, shape strategic roadmaps, and contribute to Accenture’s advisory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI platforms and applying AI tools to improve deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose complex learning challenges.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and tech.
• Connect learning strategy to business performance, defining KPIs and analytics approaches.
• Shape and deliver agentic learning strategies and AI-powered enablement tools.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to Accenture’s IP.
