Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant at the manager level to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements and mentor junior practitioners. You will advise clients on learning visions and operating models, design AI-enabled learning solutions, and drive measurable impact with data-driven frameworks.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and contribute to business development while staying ahead of AI-driven trends in learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in learning strategy, organizational capability development or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a consulting or professional services environment with strong project management skills.
• Minimum of 2 years leading client engagements and managing project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Utilities Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Manage and develop junior practitioners, building capabilities and maintaining delivery standards.
• Build strong relationships with client delivery counterparts as a reliable day-to-day partner.
• Apply structured problem-solving to decompose learning/workforce challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Lead capability diagnostics and needs assessments to identify gaps and create roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance, roles, processes, and tech.
• Connect learning strategy to business outcomes using KPIs and analytics.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and deliverables for senior audiences.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends in learning and contribute to Accenture IP and GTM capabilities.
• Contribute to business development through proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership.
