Thomson Reuters is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join the ONE PS Training Team. You will design and develop training curricula and assets to help customers maximize efficiency using GenAI-powered solutions like CoCounsel, with internal partners for feedback.

You will collaborate with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, Technical Trainers, and Professional Services, and work in a fast-paced environment to deliver best-in-class courses and learning experiences that drive value and

Qualifications

BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar

Responsibilities

Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development across formats
Research and assess existing course materials to support new training materials
Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, development, and evaluation
Design and develop engaging, graphically rich learning materials
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to assess content needs and deliver programs
Proactively use gen‑AI tools to support instructional design and content development
Record time/engagement for utilization reporting and impact
Support LMS uploads and training operations
Work in-office at least three days per week in a hybrid schedule
