Job summary

Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create training empowering customers to maximize CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You will design curricula, collaborate with internal teams, and leverage generative AI to deliver high‑quality assets across legal, tax, accounting, and audit workflows.

The role requires a BS/MA in ID or ED Tech, 5+ years of instructional design, and expertise with Articulate tools, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360), Camtasia, and other design tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, ID, and LMSs.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training curricula, content, and learning experiences across formats (live, e-learning, webinars, videos).
• Collaborate with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, Technical Trainers, and Professional Services Consultants.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, and evaluation of training materials.
• Use gen-AI tools to support development while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Support LMS uploads and training operations; participate in customer calls for discovery when needed.
