Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to craft training for CoCounsel and other AI-powered solutions, empowering customers to maximize efficiency and streamline legal, tax, accounting, and audit workflows. You will design curriculum, create engaging assets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver best‑in‑class courses.

Qualifications

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360), Camtasia, voiceover software
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, LMS, and learning principles
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in content creation

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development across formats (live, webinars, eLearning, videos, toolkits)
• Research and assess existing course materials to develop updated training
• Conduct needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, development, testing, and evaluation of training materials
• Design and develop engaging, graphically rich learning materials
• Collaborate with SMEs, Curriculum Designers, project leads and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality programs
• Proactively use Thomson Reuters gen‑AI tools to support content development with quality oversight
• Record time and engagement details to support utilization reporting
• Support training operations to upload content into LMS and other tasks
• Work in-office at least three days per week as part of a hybrid schedule
