Job summary

Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks a Learning Experience Designer to craft training curriculums and assets for CoCounsel and Thomson Reuters solutions. You’ll collaborate with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and Trainers to deliver best-in-class courses, occasionally joining customer calls for discovery and feedback.

You will apply generative AI tools to enhance content creation while maintaining quality standards and collaborating with SMEs to deliver high‑quality certification

Qualifications

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar.
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise, Review 360, Camtasia, and related tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, ID, and LMSs.
• Ability to design dynamic, engaging content applying learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, and course development across formats (live, webinars, eLearning, videos, exams, toolkits).
• Research and assess existing materials to develop updated training content.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design, development, testing, and evaluation of training materials.
• Create graphically rich, engaging learning assets and select learning solutions aligned to objectives.
