Job summary

Thomson Reuters ONE PS Training Team seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to craft curricula and engaging training assets for AI-powered solutions. You will partner with Content Leads, Curriculum Designers, and Technical Trainers to design rich courses, occasionally joining customer calls for feedback and discovery.

The role emphasizes fast learning, collaboration, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across legal, tax, accounting, and audit workflows.

Qualifications

• BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Advanced knowledge of Articulate suite (Storyline, Rise, Review 360), Camtasia, system‑generated voiceover software
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and LMS
• Ability to design dynamic content with solid learning principles
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve content creation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; storyboard and write training curriculum
• Outstanding visual design skills
• Strong project management and multi‑tasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Participate in curriculum design, instructional design, content writing and course development across formats
• Research and assess existing course materials for updates
• Conduct learning needs analysis, curriculum mapping, design and evaluation of training materials
• Design and develop engaging, cutting-edge learning materials
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality training
• Use gen‑AI tools to support design and content development with quality oversight
• Record time and engagement data for utilization reporting
• Assist with uploading content into LMS and other operations
• Work in-office at least three days per week in a hybrid schedule
