Job summary

Rithum is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and sustain automation scripts and workflows that streamline IT service delivery, endpoint provisioning, and identity management. You’ll work across Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, and adjacent platforms to reduce manual tasks and improve reliability.

Qualifications

2+ years in IT systems administration, service desk, or related technical role with automation scripting experience
Hands-on experience administering enterprise identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms (AD, Entra ID, Okta, M365, Slack/Zoom/Teams)
Experience adapting automation to resolve moderately complex technical issues
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve productivity
Demonstrated use of AI coding tools to build or automate solutions (portfolio/repo/project)
Located in the United States Central or Mountain time zone with cross-team coordination and occasional on-call duties

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
Own automated workflows across user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity lifecycle.
Instrument automations with logging and alerting for auditable actions.
Translate operational tasks into automated solutions and adapt scripts to evolving needs.
Use AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot failures, and document solutions.
