Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT systems administration or related technical role with automation scripting
• Experience administering enterprise identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms
• Experience adapting automation/scripts to resolve complex issues
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and automate tasks
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to build or automate solutions
• Located in the United States Central or Mountain time zone
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and cross-team escalations
• Proven remote work experience and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and workflows (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for IT service delivery
• Own automated workflows across user lifecycle, device provisioning, and identity lifecycle using Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf and integrations
• Implement logging and alerting to measure time saved and errors reduced
• Translate manual IT operations into automated solutions and update scripts for evolving needs
• Use AI tools to accelerate script development and documentation while verifying outputs in production
• Administer and monitor end-user and identity platforms and escalate complex integrations
• Support collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Teams)
• Handle end-user computing issues across Windows and macOS and escalate critical incidents
• Document technical solutions to align with IT and Information Security standards
• Collaborate with Service Desk and Security teams to identify automation opportunities
• Provide guidance on scripting and automation best practices as experience grows
• Document runbooks and maintain automation knowledge base
