OptimizedRx, a pharmacy benefits consulting firm, is hiring an Account Executive and Executive Operations Coordinator to work with the CEO in Grapevine, Texas. This blended role blends executive support with hands-on operations and broker-facing sales.

You will manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate deals, and use AI tools to streamline processes while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. The position emphasizes relationship-building with brokers and strong organizational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an executive, business owner, or senior sales leader.
• Polished written and verbal communication with executives and brokers.
• Strong organization, judgment, discretion, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff, aiding focus and follow-through.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, travel, priorities, and email flow.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, notes, and action-item summaries.
• Coordinate deal workflow, systems, and reporting using AI and modern tools.
• Support underwriting, proposals, and contract reviews; escalate where needed.
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline, notes, and next steps; ensure timely updates.
• Build relationships with brokers; participate in briefings and presentations.
