Job summary

Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales and the Solutions Consultant role is the cornerstone of that model. You’ll own the full customer journey—from first meeting through workflow design, commercial close, implementation, expansion, and renewal planning.

You are the single owner of your accounts, translating designs into commercial outcomes. You’ll build live in Notion with customers, map workflows to business value, and partner with BDRs on planning and outbound activity.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• High comfort with live software demos, co-design, and on-the-fly troubleshooting in front of customers.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts to map workflows to outcomes and adoption plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—from first meeting to renewal—across a book of business.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers inside Notion.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation and handoff for expansion.
• Collaborate with OA for onboarding, adoption plans, and renewal execution.
