Job summary

Notion, the collaborative AI workspace, is hiring a Solutions Consultant in San Francisco. You will own the full customer journey—from first meeting through workflow design to commercial close and renewal planning—and you’ll be the single owner of your accounts.

Design and build live workflow solutions with customers, run discovery in the moment, and coordinate with BDRs and Outcomes Architects to ensure adoption and expansion across multi-workflow projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot in front of a customer.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts for mapping workflows to outcomes.
• Experience coordinating with procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
• Passion for AI and building with the latest tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal as the single account owner.
• Design and build live workflow solutions with customers; discovery is the demo.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Handover to OA for ongoing adoption and multi-workflow expansion.
