Job summary

Paychex is seeking an Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business with organizations ranging from 100 to 5,000+ employees. You will work in a defined territory within a structured selling environment, managing full-cycle sales from prospecting through close, while leveraging the One Paychex portfolio.

You will build value across PEO, HR Solutions, Managed Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, and more, engaging executive buyers and broker channels.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred.
• 5 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with 100–5,000+ employees in defined territories.
• Run full-cycle sales from prospecting to discovery, demo, and close.
• Build value bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio (PEO, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Retirement).
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and channel ecosystem to maximize deals.
• Own pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
