Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories, and to run full-cycle sales from prospecting to close within a structured, team-selling environment.

You will build high-value solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio, partner with engineers and RevOps, manage the pipeline with disciplined forecasting, and aim for top performance with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling to organizations with 100+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business with organizations 100 to 5,000+ employees across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the Paychex portfolio, including PEO, HR Solutions, Managed Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Merchant Services, and more.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a channel ecosystem to expand partnerships and close deals.
• Own your pipeline with rigorous forecasting and deal control through to close.
