Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate all deliverables and oversee the Signature lifecycle.

• Develop strategic success plans with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly reviews to drive adoption and optimize platform usage.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer IT and business leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage incidents and escalations.
