This role leads activation strategies, works with Digital, Social, Field Marketing, Events and Campaigns, and collaborates with content owners to deliver cohesive campaigns that extend customer proof beyond a single asset.

• Significant experience in B2B integrated marketing, content marketing or campaigns for enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Proven ability to turn customer stories into multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and channel owners.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer stories into integrated campaigns across channels and formats.
• Develop activation plans for priority content and initiatives.
• Amplify Orchestrators content through relevant Genesys channels.
• Support customer content for major events and strategic moments.
• Drive cross-channel activation with partner teams (Digital, Social, Events, Campaigns).
• Measure KPIs and optimize reach and impact of content.
