Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Director of Customer Success Content to elevate the visibility of CS, PS, and Orchestrators, turning insights into polished, on-brand content across blogs, web copy, decks and analyst submissions.

In this senior individual-contributor role, you’ll translate complex AI and services initiatives into clear narratives for executive and customer audiences, collaborate across teams, and create assets that help sales and field teams tell the Genesys value story.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in B2B content marketing, ideally in enterprise tech or SaaS.
• Strong writing across formats: web copy, decks, blogs, thought leadership.
• Ability to translate complex AI/services topics for executive, analyst and customer audiences.
• Skilled at turning raw input from SMEs into sharp, on-brand content quickly.

Responsibilities

• Bring Customer Success and Professional Services to life.
• Identify innovations and translate them into compelling content for customers and field.
• Write and maintain web copy for CS and PS pages on Genesys.com.
• Build and maintain the CS offer services catalog and related presentations.
• Create customer testimonials and success stories showcasing value.
