Job summary

GrowthPair is seeking an AI-native Creative Strategist to own the creative-to-performance loop across paid social and paid media. You'll analyze data to identify winning angles, write briefs, and direct next rounds of ad creative, working across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Expect 3-5x speed with AI tools and collaboration with designers and video editors. You will produce 20-50 variations weekly, maintain AI workflows, and stay current on platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance creative roles
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into creative direction
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads
• Strong ad copywriting skills across platforms
• Proficiency in Canva or Figma for static ad production
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent)
• Daily, active use of AI tools for creative production
• Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative output (20-50 variations per week) using AI-accelerated workflows
• Experience writing creative briefs and managing creative feedback loops
• Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance metrics
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ET)

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid media performance data to identify winning creative patterns
• Develop and manage a structured creative testing framework
• Write creative briefs informed by data that designers and video editors can execute on
• Produce ad copy (hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs) across Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Create static ad concepts in Canva or Figma and edit UGC and short-form video
• Run 20-50 creative variations per week using AI-accelerated production workflows
• Use AI tools daily for copy iteration, concept mockups, and competitive research
• Build and maintain custom AI workflows, including prompt templates for ad copy by platform
• Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editors
• Stay current on platform-specific creative best practices
