AI-Powered Creative Strategist — Performance Ads

Job summary

iFIT is building an AI-first user acquisition engine. We are seeking an AI Creative Strategist to decide what ads to make, execute with AI tools, and iterate based on results.

You’ll report to the Director of User Acquisition and partner with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads. You’ll run a fast-paced, test-driven workflow, shipping ads weekly while developing an AI production pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in performance creative, ownership of paid social or app acquisition creative.
• Portfolio of ads with results: what won, what didn’t, and why.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image/video/voice and editing.
• Proficiency in standard design and video editing software.
• Ad copywriting experience: hooks, scripts and on-screen text with performance results.
• Experience analyzing creative performance (hook rate, CTR, CPI, CAC).
• Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads formats.
• Managed freelancers or UGC creators.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Turn audience insight, performance data and market trends into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with the Director of UA: what to test, order, and learning goals.
• Write acquisition messaging and copy for ads, app store creative and paid landing pages.
• Produce static, video and UGC ads using AI tools and standard design software.
• Create variants at volume: formats, lengths, hooks, languages and sizes per platform.
• Brief and manage freelancers, UGC creators and vendors for capacity or craft.
• Use AI within iFIT policies on AI use, data privacy and IP rights.
