Job summary

iFIT is building an AI-powered growth engine for its app. We’re seeking an AI Creative Strategist who can define what to make, produce ads with AI tools, and test them in real-time across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.

You will own the creative testing roadmap, manage freelancers, and translate performance data into winning concepts. This role blends strategy with hands-on production in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in performance creative or growth marketing with direct ownership of paid social or app acquisition.
• Portfolio of ads with results showing what won, what didn't, and why.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image, video, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Turn audience insight and performance data into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with the Director of UA.
• Write acquisition messaging and copy for ads, app store creative and landing pages.
• Produce static, video and UGC-style ads using AI tools.
• Create variants for formats, lengths, hooks, languages and sizes for each platform.
• Brief and manage freelancers, UGC creators and vendors when capacity is needed.
• Analyze creative performance and decide what to scale or cut.
• Spot creative fatigue early and maintain a pipeline of replacements.
