iFIT seeks an AI Creative Strategist to run the paid acquisition creative engine. You decide what ads to make, produce them with AI tools, analyze results, and iterate weekly with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.

You’ll own the creative roadmap, write compelling acquisition copy, and manage freelancers to maintain high-volume output while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• ~5+ years in performance creative, strategy or growth marketing with ownership of paid social or app acquisition creative.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image, video, voice and editing with working examples.
• Proficiency in standard design and video editing software.
• Ad copywriting experience: hooks, scripts, on-screen text with performance results.
• Has analyzed creative performance (hook rate, CTR, CPI, CAC) to decide what to scale or cut.
• Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads formats.
• Has managed freelancers or UGC creators.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Fast and organized: ships weekly while juggling several workstreams.
• Equal parts strategist and maker with instincts for stopping the scroll.
• Experience with a consumer subscription or mobile app, ideally health, fitness or wellness.
• Experience scaling UGC and creator content for paid use.
• Experience localizing creative for international markets.
• Experience building creative testing frameworks or dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Turn audience insight, performance data and market trends into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap with the Director of UA: what to test and in what order.
• Write acquisition messaging and copy for ads, app store creative and paid landing pages.
• Produce static, video and UGC-style ads using AI tools and standard design software.
• Create high-volume variants: formats, lengths, hooks, languages and sizes for each platform.
• Brief and manage freelancers, UGC creators and vendors for capacity or craft.
• Ensure AI use complies with policy, data privacy and rights to likenesses and content.
• Launch and optimize creative in-platform with channel managers; read performance daily.
• Co-own testing roadmap with team; ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Maintain weekly testing rhythm; ensure baseline creative performance metrics.
