Job summary

iFIT is building an AI-powered app and seeks an AI Creative Strategist to drive paid acquisition. You decide what ads to make, produce them with AI tools, analyze results, and iterate weekly with channel managers across Meta, TikTok, Google and Apple Search Ads.

You will own the creative testing roadmap, write compelling ad copy, and help build an AI production pipeline that scales with a small team, delivering rapid wins and learnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in performance creative or growth marketing with paid social ownership.
• Portfolio of ads with results and learnings.
• Hands-on use of AI production tools for image, video and editing.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software.
• Strong ad copywriting with hooks and on-screen text.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads formats.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Turn audience insight and data into hooks, angles, offers and concepts for app acquisition.
• Own the creative testing roadmap and specify what to test and when.
• Write acquisition messaging for ads, app store creative and paid landing pages.
• Produce ads using AI tools and manage freelance/UGC creators as needed.
• Analyze performance and decide what to scale or cut, maintaining a test cadence.
