You will partner with the broader Salesforce Sales team to identify, develop, and close opportunities, delivering measurable business outcomes through AI-powered capabilities. You will conduct comprehensive technical discovery, articulate AI value to both technical and business buyers, and collaborate

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with agent configuration and API integration experience.
• Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement solutions with Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud.
• Strong ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery and translate AI solutions into business value.
