Job summary

Ostra Security is seeking its first dedicated BDR in Minnesota, able to shape outbound strategy from day one. You’ll research accounts, craft sequences, pick up the phone, and drive conversations that become real opportunities.

You’ll partner with an Account Executive, work closely with marketing and leadership, and bring intelligent, AI-enhanced approaches to targeting and outreach. If you’re excited by impact and ownership, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• No years of experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their sales applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the full outbound motion from research to booked meetings, building sequences and initiating conversations.
• Use AI and intent data to sharpen targeting without replacing essential human judgment.
• Help shape the outbound playbook with what you learn, test, and prove to influence future growth at Ostra.
